PAYMENT OF GOODS OR SERVICES

1.16 All good and services to be paid for in full prior to dispatch

1.17  If an item is faulty we will send a pre-paid envelope for you to return the faulty item and upon inspection will issue either a full refund or a replacement, according to your wishes. If an item is received and is unfit for purpose or not as described at the time you placed the order then if you request a return this can be refunded in full, however the return postage cost will need to be covered by yourself.

1.18  Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation by the customer. The customer must make reasonable arrangements for the goods to be returned and in the condition they were dispatched. This will be at the cost to the customer.

 We will not be able to accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the client has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall.

LAW and JURISDICTION

These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
